“Healing is a movement to wholeness.”

In this talk, Dr. Olixn Adams, DO, explores how sadhana and health support one another, and how the breath of life moves through us as the primary healer. Drawing on osteopathic medicine, the Kriya Yoga tradition, and a chance encounter on the way to the airport, this talk offers a few simple, freely available principles we are invited to practice together: seeing the health in one another, synchronizing with love and breath, keeping an open heart, listening with humility, and resting in faith.

Recorded on May 23 at Kriya Yoga Institute in Homestead, FL
