The human body is composed primarily of fluid—a living medium through which prana and mind are expressed. The kidneys and adrenal glands play a central role in regulating this axis, supporting the body’s capacity for fluid balance, stress response, and recovery. Drawing from Ayurveda and osteopathy, and grounded in physiology and embryology, this talk explores the kidney–adrenal system and offers practical guidance for supporting kidney–adrenal health.
